Jamie Marboe BSDH, Founder of Marboe Consulting, has accumulated more than 40 years of experience in Dentistry. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University. During her early career, Jamie served as a Registered Dental Assistant in her home state of California. Throughout her career in dentistry, she also became certified as an Eaglesoft trainer and still trains offices on the best uses of their software today. Her main objective is to encourage and inspire her clients to develop their team and leaders into an effective and a cohesive team, and to assist them in becoming the best versions of themselves inside and out of the office. Not only does Jamie share her 40+years of dental knowledge, but she often uses some of her own personal life challenges and triumphs, making her authentic and relatable. This led Jamie to earn the title from many of her teams as THE “Team Activator and Motivator”. Jamie’s commitment to the growth of herself and people has rewarded her with countless lifelong friendships in her field.
