In this Town Hall format, the New Dentist Committee will facilitate a discussion on mentorship in dentistry. You’ll learn about ways to find a mentor and how to get starts, how to grow or reduce a mentoring responsibility and ways to maximize your success in the mentoring relationship. Following a planned panel discussion, there will time for open Q&A and a meet and greet session.

Describe the different types of mentorship available in today’s dentistry landscape
Develop the tools and techniques to facilitate a successful mentorship relationship
