Dr. John S. Olmsted has been active in dentistry for the past 47 years as a practitioner, teacher, and lecturer as well as a participant in professional dental organizations. He is currently an adjunct professor in endodontics at the University of North Carolina and the University of Iowa. He is certified by the American Board of Endodontics and is a Fellow of the AGD, ICD, ACD, and PFA. Dr. Olmsted is also a past president of the American Association of Endodontists. He received his DDS from the University of Iowa and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He earned his MS from the University of North Carolina.
