A 60-minute practice that starts with gentle awakening movements and progresses to longer held seated and/or reclining postures. Yin allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues in contrast to a flow practice, which targets the muscles. Open to all. Bring your own mat and a pillow or blanket as a prop for this class. Towels will be provided.
